What you'll do

• Build conversational AI agents for businesses.
• Design conversation flows and agent behavior.
• Develop prompts and system instructions.
• Create knowledge bases and retrieval workflows.
• Connect agents to business APIs and databases.
• Build agents capable of answering questions and completing tasks.
• Implement escalation workflows when human support is required.
• Test conversations across different customer scenarios.
• Analyze agent performance and improve response quality.
• Integrate AI agents with websites and communication platforms.
• Maintain and improve existing conversational systems.

What we're looking for

• Experience with conversational AI or chatbot development.
• Understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience with APIs and webhooks.
• Knowledge of RAG or knowledge-base systems.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of conversational UX.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
