These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HuntMyWork (the "Site"), operated by Hunt My Work Inc.. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we do

The Site publishes job listings across multiple industries, company profiles and career content. Depending on the listing, you can submit an application on the Site or continue to the original recruitment website. We are not the employer for any role listed on the Site unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site or submit a job application through it.

3. Accuracy of job listings

We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that any listing is complete, accurate, or still open at the time you view it. Always verify details directly with the employer, and treat any request for payment, banking details, or unusual personal documents during a hiring process with caution.

4. Job applications

When you submit an application through the Site, you authorize us to share the information you provide with the employer or recruiter associated with that listing. We are not responsible for how an employer subsequently uses your data once shared, and their own privacy policies apply. Submitting information here does not confirm that an employer has received or reviewed it. For external applications, you must complete the application on the destination website.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that it is your own information.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract content from the Site without our written permission
  • Interfere with the Site's normal operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems
  • Use the Site to post or transmit unlawful, harassing, or infringing content

6. Advertising

The Site may display advertising, including through Google AdSense when enabled. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the practices of advertisers. Interactions with any advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, and original content are owned by Hunt My Work Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Job listing content may be owned by the respective employer or partner.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that use of the Site will result in a job offer, interview, or any particular outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunt My Work Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including any hiring decision, employment outcome, or third-party advertiser conduct.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
