What you'll do

• Provide employment law advice.
• Advise internal stakeholders on employment matters.
• Review employment documentation.
• Draft and review legal agreements.
• Support employment-related projects.
• Research legal developments.
• Identify legal risks.
• Work with HR teams.
• Maintain legal records.
• Support the wider Legal and Regulatory Affairs team.

What we're looking for

• Law degree or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant employment law experience.
• Experience advising organizations on employment matters.
• Strong contract drafting skills.
• Excellent legal research skills.
• Strong written communication.
• Commercial and practical approach.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders.
