What you'll do

• Manage assigned client files
• Prepare legal forms and correspondence
• Conduct legal research
• Review evidence and supporting documentation
• Communicate with clients regarding their matters
• Track filing and hearing deadlines
• Prepare materials for hearings and proceedings
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical case records

What we're looking for

• Licensed paralegal in Ontario
• Knowledge of Ontario legal procedures
• Strong legal writing ability
• Excellent client communication skills
• Strong organizational ability
• Ability to manage multiple files
• Attention to detail
• Professional judgment
