What you'll do

• Prepare corporate documentation.
• Support mergers and acquisitions.
• Assist with financing transactions.
• Maintain corporate records.
• Prepare closing documents.
• Conduct legal research.
• Coordinate transaction checklists.
• Support lawyers on transactions.
• Review corporate records.
• Manage filing deadlines.

What we're looking for

• Canadian paralegal experience.
• Corporate law experience.
• Transactional experience.
• French and English communication skills.
• Strong organization.
• Attention to detail.
• Legal research skills.
• Strong document management.
