What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care to emergency department patients.
• Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Document patient assessments and clinical interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans.
• Maintain patient safety and infection-control standards.
• Participate in emergency and clinical procedures.
• Support continuity of care during admission, transfer or discharge.

What we're looking for

• Current Registered Nurse license or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Emergency or acute-care experience is preferred.
