What you'll do

• Evaluate students' functional abilities.
• Develop individualized occupational therapy intervention plans.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services.
• Deliver services specified in student IEPs.
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation.
• Track student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff.
• Communicate with families.
• Support student independence and participation.

What we're looking for

• Active California Occupational Therapist license.
• Occupational Therapy degree.
• Experience with pediatric or school-based therapy preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy assessments.
• Knowledge of pediatric interventions.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
