What you'll do
- Design and implement AI-powered product features.
- Build AI agent capabilities.
- Develop scalable backend services.
- Integrate AI models through APIs.
- Develop reusable software modules.
- Build and integrate MCP tools.
- Improve AI automation workflows.
- Design secure production systems.
- Troubleshoot complex software problems.
- Mentor engineers and participate in code reviews.
What we're looking for
- Five or more years of professional software engineering experience.
- Python or Node.js development experience.
- Experience with AI agent tools and frameworks.
- Experience building MCP tools.
- Strong REST API knowledge.
- Experience with AWS or cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of agentic AI.
- Strong software architecture skills.
