What you'll do
- Design complex AI agent subsystems.
- Develop agent orchestration systems.
- Implement context retention across sessions.
- Build retrieval-augmented generation systems.
- Develop AI evaluation frameworks.
- Measure AI quality, safety and latency.
- Implement human-in-the-loop controls.
- Deploy AI systems into production.
- Lead root-cause analysis.
- Mentor developing engineers.
What we're looking for
- Five or more years of production software experience.
- Strong TypeScript or JavaScript skills.
- Experience with AI agents.
- Knowledge of RAG systems.
- Understanding of LLM orchestration.
- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD.
- Strong architecture skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
