Software Engineer - Fullstack, Core

Sprig is hiring a Fullstack Software Engineer for its Core team to build customer-facing experiences across JavaScript SDKs, APIs, and React-based applications.

Sprig is an AI-powered customer research platform that helps product teams understand users through automated studies, surveys, and insights.

What you'll do

• Develop publicly available SDKs used by customers.
• Build and optimize backend services.
• Design and build React dashboards.
• Develop scalable APIs handling high request volumes.
• Improve application performance and reliability.
• Coordinate web application and SDK releases.
• Contribute to product roadmap discussions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams.
• Improve developer experience for customers.
• Apply engineering best practices to production systems.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience deploying React production applications.
• Strong software development fundamentals.
• Experience diagnosing performance bottlenecks.
• Experience with Node.js is beneficial.
• Experience with AWS is beneficial.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
