What you'll do

• Assess communication needs.
• Develop speech and language intervention plans.
• Provide individual therapy.
• Support communication development.
• Work with autistic children and adults.
• Provide staff and caregiver guidance.
• Monitor treatment progress.
• Maintain clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to individualized support planning.

What we're looking for

• Speech and Language Therapy qualification.
• HCPC registration.
• Experience working with autistic people preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills.
• Knowledge of communication interventions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
