What you'll do

• Prepare the operating room for gynecologic procedures.
• Prepare surgical instruments and equipment.
• Perform scrub duties during surgical procedures.
• Maintain sterile and aseptic technique.
• Anticipate the needs of surgeons and surgical staff.
• Maintain surgical supplies and instrumentation.
• Assist with surgical room turnover.
• Follow patient safety procedures.
• Support infection-control standards.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary surgical team.

What we're looking for

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program.
• Knowledge of human anatomy and surgical procedures.
• Knowledge of surgical instrumentation and technology.
• Ability to maintain sterile technique.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operating-room environment.
