What you'll do

• Prepare operating rooms for ENT procedures.
• Set up surgical instrumentation and equipment.
• Perform scrub duties during surgical procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique.
• Assist surgeons and registered nurses during procedures.
• Select and prepare appropriate surgical supplies.
• Maintain instrumentation and equipment.
• Assist with postoperative room turnover.
• Follow infection-control requirements.
• Maintain patient and staff safety standards.

What we're looking for

• Completion of an accredited surgical technology program.
• Knowledge of surgical procedures and instrumentation.
• Knowledge of sterile and aseptic techniques.
• Ability to work three 12-hour shifts.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a surgical team.
