What you'll do

• Design and develop AI agents for different business use cases.
• Build conversational workflows and automated decision-making systems.
• Integrate AI agents with websites, CRMs, APIs, databases, and business tools.
• Develop prompts, system instructions, and agent workflows.
• Connect AI agents with third-party APIs and automation platforms.
• Test agent responses and improve reliability.
• Monitor deployed AI agents and troubleshoot issues.
• Build reusable AI agent components and workflows.
• Collaborate with SEO, marketing, and development teams.
• Document agent configurations and deployment processes.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of software development or AI automation experience.
• Experience building AI-powered applications or agents.
• Strong understanding of APIs and webhooks.
• Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
• Familiarity with automation tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
