What you'll do

• Build AI-powered business automation workflows.
• Create agents for customer support, lead qualification, research, and administration.
• Connect AI models with CRM, email, calendar, and business applications.
• Build API-based integrations and automated workflows.
• Develop prompts and structured AI instructions.
• Identify manual processes that can be automated.
• Test and optimize AI workflows.
• Monitor automation performance and resolve failures.
• Create documentation for AI systems and workflows.
• Work with clients to understand their automation requirements.

What we're looking for

• Experience with AI automation or workflow platforms.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
• Familiarity with LLM-based applications.
• Experience with tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
• Basic programming knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
