What you'll do
- Provide specialist in-house legal advice
- Manage legal files from inception to completion
- Draft policies and legal guidance

- Handle housing and property management matters
- Undertake possession-related legal work
- Represent the legal team with stakeholders
- Monitor relevant legal developments
What we're looking for
- Qualified solicitor or CILEx fellow
- Relevant post-graduate legal qualification
- Legal practice experience
- Housing or property law knowledge preferred
- Strong case management skills
- Commercial and solutions-focused approach
- Excellent legal drafting ability
- Strong stakeholder communication
