What you'll do

• Provide strategic intellectual property advice.
• Support engineering and business teams.
• Advise on patent and IP matters.
• Manage complex IP legal issues.
• Work with product and engineering organizations.
• Support global intellectual property strategy.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel.
• Assess intellectual property risks.
• Draft and negotiate legal agreements.
• Support innovation and technology programs.

What we're looking for

• Juris Doctor or equivalent legal qualification.
• Active U.S. bar membership.
• Significant intellectual property experience.
• Strong patent and technology knowledge.
• Experience advising engineering teams.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong legal research ability.
• Strong business judgment.
