What you'll do
- Review clinical documentation
- Assign ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS codes
- Submit insurance claims
- Monitor claim status
- Post insurance payments
- Resolve denied claims
- Manage outstanding balances
- Support billing accuracy audits
What we're looking for
- Three or more years of medical billing and coding experience
- Strong ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS knowledge
- Healthcare billing experience
- Insurance claim processing knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication
- Remote work ability
- Coding certification preferred
