What you'll do

• Manage small claims litigation files
• Draft pleadings and legal correspondence
• Prepare clients for hearings
• Review documentary evidence
• Conduct legal research
• Communicate with opposing parties
• Manage filing and procedural deadlines
• Assist with settlement negotiations

What we're looking for

• Ontario paralegal licence
• Litigation experience
• Knowledge of Small Claims Court procedures
• Strong legal drafting skills
• Excellent client communication
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage independent files
• Courtroom confidence
