What you'll do

• Monitor incoming patient vital signs
• Review symptoms and health indicators
• Triage abnormal readings
• Identify patients requiring intervention
• Communicate directly with patients
• Document clinical interactions
• Coordinate with nurses and nurse practitioners
• Follow clinical escalation procedures

What we're looking for

• Active LPN or LVN license
• At least five years of LPN or LVN experience
• At least two years of cardiology experience
• Remote patient monitoring or telemedicine experience
• EMR documentation experience
• Strong patient communication
• Weekend availability
• US-based eligibility
