Project Manager - Life Science & Manufacturing

CBRE is recruiting a Project Manager in London to manage life science and manufacturing projects from planning through delivery while managing budgets, tenders, contractors and client relationships.

What you'll do

• Manage real estate projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project opportunity pipelines.
• Develop capital expenditure plans.
• Manage project budgets and profit and loss.
• Develop project scopes and specifications.
• Manage tenders and subcontractor selection.
• Coordinate developers, designers and contractors.
• Manage construction and project delivery.
• Monitor project risks and compliance.
• Prepare project reports for senior management.

What we're looking for

• Project management experience.
• Experience in construction, M&E, facilities management or critical environments.
• Technical qualification in construction, mechanical or electrical fields preferred.
• Project management or construction management qualification preferred.
• CSCS Black Card is beneficial.
• Experience managing project budgets.
• Experience managing teams.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
