What you'll do

• Conduct residential property inspections.
• Coordinate property maintenance activities.
• Support residents and team members.
• Oversee administrative property operations.
• Coordinate meetings and documentation.
• Monitor property standards.
• Assist management with operational tasks.
• Handle resident concerns.
• Coordinate service providers.
• Maintain property records.

What we're looking for

• Post-secondary diploma or degree.
• Five or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience in residential property management.
• Knowledge of residential tenancy requirements.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with property management software.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
