What you'll do

• Assess stroke and neurological patients
• Develop comprehensive nursing plans
• Implement rehabilitative nursing care
• Evaluate patient progress
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care
• Support patients and families
• Maintain clinical documentation
• Participate in care planning

What we're looking for

• Registered Nurse qualification
• Current Ontario nursing registration
• Strong rehabilitation nursing skills
• Clinical assessment ability
• Excellent communication
• Interdisciplinary teamwork
• Ability to work day and night shifts
• Stroke or neurological experience preferred
