What you'll do

• Assess patients within RPN scope
• Develop patient care plans
• Provide prescribed nursing interventions
• Monitor patient progress
• Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team
• Document patient care
• Support patient goals
• Maintain professional nursing standards

What we're looking for

• Registered Practical Nurse qualification
• Current Ontario registration
• Practical nursing diploma
• Strong patient care skills
• Excellent communication
• Clinical documentation ability
• Team-based care experience
• Commitment to professional standards
