Mainstreet Equity Corp is hiring a Residential Property Manager in Calgary to manage rental operations, tenants, maintenance, renovations and property performance.

What you'll do

• Manage residential rental properties.
• Supervise rental agents and building staff.
• Approve rental and lease agreements.
• Coordinate property maintenance.
• Coordinate repairs and renovations.
• Respond to tenant service requests.
• Monitor rental income and expenses.
• Maintain property records.
• Coordinate contractors.
• Support property occupancy.

What we're looking for

• Secondary school education.
• Two to three years of property management experience.
• Knowledge of residential rental operations.
• Strong tenant service skills.
• Vendor coordination experience.
• Organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple property issues.
