• Draft and review legal agreements.
• Provide legal guidance to senior leadership.
• Monitor IP developments.

What we're looking for

• Law degree.
• Active bar membership.
• Extensive IP legal experience.
• Experience in life sciences or technology.
• Strong patent knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Senior-level strategic judgment.
