What you'll do

• Manage high-rise residential rental properties.
• Lead property management operations.
• Coordinate resident service requests.
• Manage contractors and service providers.
• Conduct property and suite inspections.
• Monitor property standards.
• Support operational planning.
• Lead property management teams.
• Ensure compliance with rental regulations.
• Report portfolio performance.

What we're looking for

• Five or more years of residential property management experience.
• High-rise residential experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Ontario Residential Tenancies Act.
• Knowledge of Tarion requirements.
• Strong resident service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Property management software experience preferred.
