What you'll do

• Lead a commercial real estate transaction management team.
• Oversee lease negotiations.
• Manage lease renewals.
• Coordinate disposition of surplus properties.
• Develop transaction strategies for client portfolios.
• Manage client relationships.
• Review transaction performance.
• Monitor portfolio transaction activity.
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members.
• Ensure transactions meet client objectives.
